While we will never cancel an event because of weather or environmental conditions, conditions may necessitate a postponement to a later date.
In the event of a postponement, we will work with our local partners and the local authorities to secure a make-up date. Your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.
Registration fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo or not allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.
